Mike practised as a corporate finance lawyer for Clifford Chance before being ordained. He now works as an elite performance consultant specialising in leadership and communication. With over 30 years of leadership experience under his belt, Mike has a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges of leading, along with the principles and strategies to ensure growth. He also helps boards and senior teams to communicate brilliantly and has expertise in helping them to prepare compelling 

management presentations when raising funds or exiting businesses or running AGMs or AIMs. He is also accredited by the Resolution Institute as a mediator and conflict coach.

When he's not working, you'll probably find him cycling, swimming or reading anything good.
