Stu is a passionate and people-focused leader with over 30 years of leadership experience across a wide range of organisations, including those in diverse, multicultural environments. He began his professional journey as an Electronic Engineer before following a deep vocational calling to become a Priest in the Church of England. There, he led churches, mentored leaders, and guided 

communities with compassion and purpose.

Today, Stu works as a Leadership Consultant, helping individuals and teams grow in effectiveness and impact.  Working with 

influential leaders at key moments of transition, offering Executive Coaching and Executive Team Performance Consulting to unlock individual purpose and elevate team effectiveness. His approach helps leaders gain clarity, build trust, and lead with confidence - turning their vision into action. Specialising in team synergy, Stu helps navigate conflict, surface blind spots, and cultivate healthy, high-performing cultures where people thrive and organisations succeed.

He is also the founder of META Youth Leadership, a charity dedicated to empowering young people to discover their leadership 

potential, build confidence, and make a positive difference in the world. Stu is married with two children and finds joy in nature, hiking, and watching a good adventure movie.
